Here are some reviews from those who had a great time at our Downtown Austin location:
Was here with a bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast. This was the funnest night of our trip, hands-down. It’s literally a giant sing-along to incredibly talented pianists/singers who seem to know how to perform any song that is requested (not sure how they do it). They put on a great show and continuously engage with the crowd. The servers and drinks are great too! If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll be back! https://maps.app.goo.gl/GHPw7Limd6yeUPBU9
Such a fun time! Grab a fun drink, grab a drink, and enjoy a real-life jukebox. Make a request with a little cash tip, and don’t forget to sing along! The group performing when I was there was super high energy, and clearly had a lot of fun playing songs and adding their own jokes. Loved going there and will definitely go again!!

Came here a couple years ago and had an absolute blast. Got there early to ensure we got a table with a great view! Had drinks, laughs, and good company. If in the area (even if you’re not a piano person) do yourself a favor and go here.
An awesome place to experience pure Americana. Two to four expert musicians take the crowd through a six hour medley of musical requests from the crowd. Not only are these guys expert musicians, playing songs on request with drums, guitars, base guitar, mouth organ, trumpet and of course pianos, they are also hilarious comedians. A fabulous night, well worth the reservation fee, and the prices of drinks, which were not unreasonable, though in my case certainly added up to a large tab
Pete’s was by far one our favorite places in Austin. We made reservations for the balcony which I would recommend as it gives a great view of both performers and crowd on the floor. Our server Maddie somehow took care of all the tables upstairs, I don’t even know how she did it but we never once had to wait and she was super attentive. I’ve been to a few dueling piano bars across the US but we all agreed this one was by far the most fun. https://maps.app.goo.gl/j5wJeY77uaYENeH3A
Here for a conference and it’s by far the best place to check out! Tons of fun, they take sound requests, and the bartenders made good drinks. Bring your friends, work buddies, or if you’re out with the randos from a conference. Remember, Austin has a vibrant music scene so don’t forget to add this place on your tour of the city. 10/10 nuff said, mate.
First, even though the line was pretty deep, we were able to get in within 15 minutes or so. Second, one of our party ended up springing for a VIP booth, which honestly made the whole experience that much better. Third, our waitress/bartender, Jade, was absolutely amazing in every way. Super attentive and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the entertainment value of a night at Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar is above and beyond what you get at most live music shows. The musicians were incredibly engaging the entire night, and the crowd definitely elevated the engagement even more. This place deserves all of your business, every time. Not only is it worth it, but I’ll be back again next time I’m in Austin!
I recently had the chance to visit Austin, and let me tell you—my night out was nothing short of spectacular! 🌟 I stumbled upon a dueling piano bar for the first time, and WOW, what an experience! Imagine this: two talented pianists going head-to-head, taking requests, and battling it out with their incredible musical skills. The energy was electric, the music was amazing, and the whole vibe was just perfect for a night of fun and laughter. 🎶🙌 If you’re ever in Austin, don’t miss this place! It’s a unique concept that’s sure to make any night out unforgettable. 🎹💫 Thank you, Austin, for the fantastic memories and for introducing me to such an awesome experience! 🌟💃🍹 #AustinAdventures #DuelingPianoBar #MusicMagic #UnforgettableNight #FirstTimeInAustin #NJRealtorsinAustin
