1. Is there an Admission charge ?
Austin: Friday/Saturday: $15 // Sunday -Thursday: starts at $6-$10

Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar Only Accepts Credit Cards for the Admission Charge.

3. I’ve never been to Pete’s Piano Bar, how does it work ?
One thing we can promise you is that a visit to Pete’s will result in a night of an extremely great time. If your voice and hands aren’t sore the next day, we haven’t done our job! The players take requests and perform the latest and greatest, as well as your oldies, but goodies making this a place for everyone will have the time of their life. Texas’ Top Entertainers take the stage each night on two baby grand pianos, in two-person rotations every hour on the hour. All four players even join together on-stage multiple times throughout the evening to bring you songs filled with more instruments and more energy.
4. Is smoking allowed?
We are a non-smoking establishment in Austin, The Star in Frisco, Fort Worth, Houston, & Rosemont. We do have an area for smoking in designated areas outside and allow re-entry.
5. How old do I have to be to get in ?

You must be 21 years old. We ID! If you are 18 – 20 years of age, you may come into Pete’s with a parent, and you must have proof with a valid photo ID. Parent and minor must have the same last name and address. (Texas Location Only)

You must be 21 years of age in the state of Illinois to enter Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar.

6. What time does the music start ?
On Wednesday and Saturdays, the show starts at 8:00 pm on most nights. Occasionally, the show may start even earlier – who knows with musicians anyways?
Austin: Showtime 8 pm Sunday – Saturday
The Star in Frisco: Showtime 8 pm Wednesday-Saturday
Fort Worth: Showtime 8 pm to 2 am (usually) Wednesday through Saturday
Houston: Showtime 8:00 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday
Rosemont: Showtime 7:00pm Tuesday – Thursday & 8:00pm Friday & Saturday
7. Is there a dress code ?
Generally, we are “Dress to Impress”. The only thing we specifically do not allow is backwards baseball caps or sleeveless shirts on men (were you really gonna wear that? Most people dress in what may be considered “casual chic”. We do reserve the right to refuse entry based on improper attire or poor attitude. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests.
8. I’m from out of town, where can I stay?
Austin : Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Convention Center, Hyatt Place, Marriott Courtyard
The Star in Frisco: Omni Hotel, Drury Hotel, AC Hotel, Westin Hotel, Hyatt Regency, Marriott Residence Inn, Renaissance in Plano, and Embassy Suites
Fort Worth: The Courtyard/Blackstone, The Ashton, The Worthington, The Hilton Forth Worth
Houston : There are several hotels within walking distance with the closest being the Four Seasons and Courtyard Marriott, only one block away. There are several hotel about three blocks away and those include the Hyatt, Hilton and Embassy Suites.
Rosemont: Aloft, Rose Hotel, Hilton, DoubleTree, Sheraton, Hyatt and Crown Plaza are nearby.
9. Can I host a Birthday, Bachelorette, Bachelor Party, or Corporate Event ?
Yes, we specialize in events like these above and promise you will have the time of your life.
10. I lost my credit card or forgot to close my tab, what can I do ?

Due to credit card agreements, we can only return a credit card to the person whose name appears on the card, when they present a valid state identification card in person. If you have lost a credit card please email lostcc@petesduelingpianobar.com with the details and location.

11. I left my tab open, will there be a gratuity charge when it is closed out ?
In The Star in Frisco and Fort Worth all tabs left open will be charged both sales tax and gratuity at 20%.
In Austin – you card can be picked up any night of the week after 6:30pm, we do not charge a gratuity.
In Houston we have POS system in Houston, we do not hold onto credit cards unless the magnetic strip is not reading on our computer system. For walked tabs, we add a 20% gratuity to it.

12. Do you serve food ?
Austin: No, but you can grab a slice of pizza and bring it in!!
The Star in Frisco: Yes we serve food. Here’s the menu.
Fort Worth: We do not serve food, but do allow guests to bring in food. We have menus for our guests of nearby eateries that will deliver.
Houston: We do not serve food, but do allow guest to bring in food. We have menus for your guests of nearby eateries that will deliver.
Rosemont: Yes, we serve Crust Pizza.
13. Where is the closest parking?
Austin: The closest parking garage is two blocks away at 5th and Red River.
The Star in Frisco: Free parking in our lot, as well as valet is available.
Fort Worth: No Valet. We have street parking available, The Tower Parking Garage, Sundance Square Parking, and Bass Hall Parking Lot.
Houston: Meter parking is free after 6:00 pm, unless the meter is red, or the pay station has a green bag over it. There is valet parking on San Jacinto and Polk St. at III Forks Steakhouse (we are above them on the 3rd floor). There is also a parking garage at the intersection of Fannin and Polk St. with a sky bridge on the 3rd floor of the garage that connects you to the Green Street complex. Petes is located at the opposite end of the complex from there.
Rosemont: We have Valet parking for $10, and if you park in the garage we will validate your parking ticket
14. Should I make a reservation for a table ?
You do not need a reservation in order to enjoy our establishment. We do recommend reservations on Friday and Saturday, and all guests must arrive by 8 pm or you may lose your table. Throughout the night tables do open up, but again… it is best to make a reservation. In Houston, Austin, The Star in Frisco, and Fort Worth, please arrive by 8:00 pm.

For Groups, we recommend arriving between 7 pm – 7:30 pm for the easiest entry and seating.

YES, If you tag Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar in any Social Media Post. This Grants the USE of this photo, and we MAY reuse this photo.

In other words, the very tagging of the photo constitutes the granting of permission by the copyright holder to the tagged person to publicize the photo in the public domain through reposting. Under these circumstances, the reposting does not constitute copyright infringement.
